Shipping within Canada: Orders are qualified for free shipping once the pre-tax and after discount total reaches $180CAD. For orders under $180CAD, Flat rate shipping fee of $15 applies to orders shipping to Canada. Delivery standard is 3 -7 business days.

For orders under $180CAD, Flat rate shipping fee of $28 applies to orders shipping to US (except Hawaii). Delivery standard is 5 -10 business days. (P.O. Boxes cannot be used as shipping addresses)

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly.
